FrankenStack™ Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the FrankenStack™ bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using FrankenStack™, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the product or associated services.

2. Description of Service

FrankenStack™ is a curated bundle of role-specific CustomGPT tools designed to help creators, consultants, and lean business teams plan, automate, and scale content and operations. This bundle includes:

• Access to 6 specialized GPTs with distinct functions (e.g., social content, emails, blogs, ads, podcasts, lead qualification)
• Setup guidance and prompt templates
• Use-case walkthroughs and onboarding resources
• Downloadable training assets and SOPs
• Lifetime or time-limited access (as specified at purchase)

FrankenStack is a digital-only product. It is not a subscription, software platform, or service contract unless explicitly bundled with such.

3. Eligibility & Prerequisites

To access and use FrankenStack™, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have access to a ChatGPT subscription
• Have a stable internet connection and modern browser
• Have basic familiarity with digital tools and AI workflows (though no advanced AI experience is required)

4. Registration and Payment

Access is granted upon purchase via our designated checkout platform.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or a selected payment gateway
• Pricing is subject to change, but your purchase price will not be retroactively affected
• Access credentials (if applicable) are delivered immediately or via post-purchase email

5. Access and Materials

Your purchase includes:

• Role-specific CustomGPT access links
• Training and onboarding resources
• Bonus materials (if applicable)
• Prompt Vault and Setup Crash Course (if included in your tier)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access links. Sharing access outside your business or team without written permission is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of FrankenStack™ materials, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you agree to take full responsibility for your usage, learning, and implementation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All assets—including prompt frameworks, GPT role design, instructional content, and bonus material—are the sole intellectual property of Blackfin Consulting LLC.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any FrankenStack materials
• Create derivative works for commercial use
• Rebrand or offer the GPTs as your own without a licensing agreement

Limited internal business use is permitted under this license.

8. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use FrankenStack for personal or internal business purposes only
• Not share, sell, or publish the GPT access or training materials
• Not use FrankenStack to create directly competing GPT bundles or commercial products without prior consent

Violation may result in access revocation without refund and legal remedies.

9. Technical Support & Limitations

We provide limited support related to:

• Access issues
• Setup questions
• Clarifications via email or designated support channels

We are not responsible for:

• Functionality, uptime, or policy changes of third-party services (e.g., ChatGPT, Stripe, PayPal)
• Platform access disruptions due to changes outside our control
• Internet, financial, or device issues on the user’s end

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrankenStack is offered “as-is” for educational and strategic use. Blackfin makes no guarantees regarding:

• Business growth, revenue, or results
• AI output accuracy or applicability
• Fitness of tools for your unique business situation
• Financial outcomes of any kind

Your results depend on your own effort, input quality, and implementation consistency.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of FrankenStack™ is subject to the Blackfin Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at blackfinai.com and communicated via email when applicable. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
